Where are you located?
We are located in Friendswood, Texas. Our temporary location while our new future law office building is under construction is 907 S Friendswood Drive, Suite 217 Friendswood, TX 77546. There is additional parking behind the building and visitors can use the rear entrance for access to the second floor where we are located.
I've been arrested and I need a lawyer. Can I talk to Steve on the phone about my case?
Steve is usually in court most days and reserves his afternoons for meeting with clients. As a result, we will need to set you up for an in-person consultation, which can usually last anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half. Call (832) 900-9867 to set up a convenient time to meet.
I was arrested for DWI. How soon do I need to meet with a lawyer?
We have 15 days to fight your driver license suspension, so it is always best that you contact us immediately and set up a time to meet with Steve so that he can help you with this very important aspect of your DWI case.
Do you handle personal injury, divorces, adoptions or estate planning?
At this time, Steve dedicates his entire practice to criminal defense. He will be happy to meet with you and refer you to the best lawyers in your county for your legal needs that go beyond criminal.
What form of payment do you accept?
Steve is equipped to accept your checks, cash, money orders, or credit cards.
Do you take the time to make jail visits with potential new clients?
Steve can meet with family members in person and then make a visit to the jail.
Can you guarantee good results?
No attorney can guarantee good results. Steve does promise that he will work as hard as possible on your case and that his staff will make this difficult time as pain-free and efficient as possible for you.
